With the inclusion in the partnership of Natalia Guseva CPA in 2013 the firm changed it’s name to Herd & Guseva CPAs. The practice clientele is generally small businesses who are owner operated. The practise also enjoys working with unincorporated professionals and with personal tax clients. We believe that our responsive, personalized approach has greatly contributed to our success.
